Fantasy Basketball Player of the Day: 11/1

Every day that there are games, FSC is going to pick the player that was the most wowing in fantasy world. But before I tell you last night's MVP let's look at the runners-up:

I just got back from the Spurs-Clippers game, and let me just say Eric Gordon and Blake Griffin make the Clippers one of the more exciting teams in the league to watch. Unfortunately, the excitement does not come from winning. They look like they could go 0-9 to start the season.

3rd Place: Tyreke Evans, Kings
Tyreke has been impressive after his return from the 1 game suspension. He posted an overall quality line, contributing in every category except for 3s. With 23 points, 7 boards, 5 assists, 2 steals and a block, no one is complaining about being an Evans owner tonight.

2nd Place: LaMarcus Aldridge, Blazers
Talk about the definition of proficient. LaMarcus didn't turn the ball over, pulled down 9 rebounds, contributed a block and a steal and dropped in 33 points while going 12-19 from the field and 9-9 from the charity stripe. Incredible from a big man.

1st Place: Luol Deng, Bulls
On the other side of the ball from Aldridge was a guy who managed to top 40 points. Well, he actually just hit 40 points, but that's still impressive. Deng took just as many shots as Aldridge, but made 2 more shots. He also knocked down 3s and had a few rebounds (4) and assists (2). A great night out of another Bulls' player. With how Deng, Rose and Noah are playing, Chicago could be a land of fantasy gold.
